Harvest Foundation has successfully established and continues to operate Global Harvest Secondary School, a fully registered institution that now runs classes from Senior One (S.1) to Senior Six (S.6). The school is recognized by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) as an accredited examination center, allowing students to sit for national exams without needing to transfer to other institutions. This milestone reflects the foundation’s commitment to providing quality, accessible education to vulnerable children and youth.

Currently, the school serves a student population of 530 learners, the majority of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds. Many of the students are orphans, survivors of child abuse, or victims of gender-based and domestic violence. Others come from households struggling with severe poverty, where parents or caregivers lack the financial means to support formal education.

Global Harvest Secondary School provides not just academic learning, but also a safe, nurturing environment where students can heal, grow, and pursue a brighter future. The school integrates life skills training, psychosocial support, and Christian values, equipping learners with the emotional resilience and moral grounding needed to overcome past traumas and realize their full potential.

The institution also works closely with communities, local leaders, and partners to ensure that these children remain in school, and where possible, offers partial or full sponsorships to those most in need. Beyond academics, students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities such as music, sports, and leadership clubs, which help foster a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

Through Global Harvest Secondary School, Harvest Foundation continues to champion education as a transformative tool, giving vulnerable children a second chance at life and an opportunity to become empowered, responsible members of society.
